According to the USCIS, current Haitian TPS beneficiaries who wish to stay until the end of the program (7/22/19) have an opportunity to re-register by submitting Form I-821 from 1/18/18 to 3/19/18. Also, EAD requests can be filling out Form I-765 in the same time frame.
